Gary T. Fellers

The Scaler: A proven builder of industry-leading brands, Mr. Fellers helped develop CB Sports from a garage operation into the largest ski apparel company in the world before founding Saratoga, an upscale retail chain.

 

The Polo Authority: In 1993, he founded PoloGear, revolutionizing the global sport’s equipment market. A professional polo player with a 3-goal handicap, he has competed internationally and co-founded the Professional Indian Horse Racing Association (PIHRA).

 

The Steward: Retiring from daily PoloGear operations to devote full-time focus to Touch of Heaven Living water, he personally assembled the 886-acre Boone County estate and established the First Amendment Trust to permanently secure the artesian spring’s perpetual mission.

Jeanette Sassoon

The Brand Architect: Bringing a powerhouse background in corporate branding, her executive experience includes leading national advertising strategies for Vidal Sassoon Inc. and Bob Rose and Associates.

 

Equestrian Excellence: A USDF Gold Medalist, she is internationally famous for training Valiant, the blind Grand Prix dressage horse. Her profound understanding of the luxury performance market and her inspirational story form the spiritual core of the brand’s luxury positioning.

William (Bill) Harvey 

The Developer: A 40+ year resident of South Florida, Mr. Harvey is a seasoned real estate developer with over $250 Million in completed projects. His portfolio includes more than a dozen retail properties and numerous RV Resorts totaling over 1,800 sites.

 

The Builder: His extensive experience in large-scale land development provides critical oversight for the construction of the Phase 2 Manufacturing Facility (“The Bunker”) and the surrounding estate infrastructure.

 

Kingdom Focus: “Saved by the grace of God at the age of 60,” Mr. Harvey’s pursuit of the Kingdom is now his primary focus, ensuring the Company’s physical development strictly aligns with its stewardship mission.

Dean DeLisle

Capital Acquisition: As the Founder of Forward Progress, Mr. DeLisle is a renowned expert in capital formation, digital marketing, and influencer strategy, possessing deep expertise in executing compliant Reg D 506C campaigns.

 

Fundraising Execution: With a track record of assisting in over $2 Billion in capital raises, he brings the highly sophisticated financial structuring required to execute the $7M capital campaign, bridging the gap between traditional corporate finance and digital asset economies.

Rev. Kevin Jessip

The Global Strategist: As President of the Global Strategic Alliance (GSA), Rev. Jessip serves as a trusted advisor to national and global leaders across business, political, and faith communities. A former executive at one of the world’s largest publicly traded companies, he combines corporate acumen with deep ministry experience.

 

The Kingdom Network: A dedicated leader for national repentance, he co-founded the global movement “The Return” alongside Rabbi Jonathan Cahn and serves as Chairman of the Board for “Save The Persecuted Christians.”

 

Role: Utilizing “The Joseph Mandate,” Rev. Jessip connects the Company with government leaders, business executives, and massive faith organizations, securing the high-volume, values-aligned Tier 2 distribution pipeline.

Rich Holmberg

The Operator: A 31-year veteran of Lockheed Martin, Mr. Holmberg served as Vice President & Deputy of F-35 Sustainment. In this role, he acted as COO for a $4 Billion business unit, responsible for maintaining the global fleet of F-35 fighter jets and standing up new operating bases worldwide.

 

Logistics Authority: He previously served as VP & General Manager of Mission & Unmanned Systems, managing a ~$600M portfolio including autonomous underwater vehicles and combat submarines for the US Navy.

 

Strategic Oversight: His experience standing up complex facilities provides military-grade oversight for the manufacturing and scaling of the Phase 1 clean rooms. A Cornell MBA, he also served as a Trustee for NEWSOUND Church, perfectly aligning his elite corporate discipline with Kingdom values.

Dan O’Connell 

Development Leadership: Brings forty years of experience in recreation, public and private real estate development, and operations management.

 

Scale & Execution: Successfully evolved 6,000 acres of raw land into new communities and managed $90M for the design, permitting, and building of major projects as an Owners Rep/Project Manager.

 

Community Impact: As an elected Recreation District President/CEO, he oversaw the creation of a 50,000 sq. ft. recreation center and generated $8M in grants. Aligned with the founders through a renewed faith to serve Jesus, he brings massive operational capabilities to the Touch of Heaven vision.

Messianic Rabbi Michael Humphrey

Operational Rigor: A results-driven senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading finance, supply chain, and operations with full P&L responsibility.

 

Financial Oversight: Served as Executive Vice President of Operations/COO for major steel production plants across the Mid-West, managing facility budgets exceeding $500mm and navigating complex plant reactivations.

 

Strategic Pedigree: Holds an MBA in International Business, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and brings high-level consulting experience from KPMG, LLP. He ensures the SOTP valuation is continuously defended through meticulous unit economics and optimized profit distributions.

 

Kingdom Leadership & Spiritual Connection: In addition to his corporate mastery, Michael serves as the Messianic Rabbi of Rosh Pinah Messianic Congregation in Bath, Ohio. His profound spiritual calling and deep roots in Messianic Judaism form a critical, divine connection to the Touch of Heaven mission. Erich Skaggs

Site Transformation: Brings over 23 years of specialized experience in earthwork, infrastructure mastery, and heavy-site transformation in the Ozark terrain.

 

High-Profile Execution: Renowned for shaping mountainsides and crafting natural stone features on the world-class Payne’s Valley Golf Course.
